How to search text in Word documents in Windows 10
I do not know the location of the Word document in my computer, and I do not remember the filename. How can I search text in the file to be able to locate it?

I have File and Contents enabled on my own Windows 10 machines and Search finds contents properly.
if there is document with the text in it on your PC, you should see it in the results
you can also open your 'personal' folder and type the text in the search bar followed by type:word, like so: vinyl type:word
this will (in MY example) return all the word documents with the word vinyl in it
