I do not know WHY I can not print from adobe reader dc
but I print from chrome as a work around

I do not understand ie 11 comment; maybe as a backup work around
I used hp deskjet 1510 driver program from hp.com

The printer is apparently not Windows 10 compliant (or somehow you do have the correct driver) . I use newer HP printers with Windows 10, Adobe, IE, Edge, and Chrome and everything works. I do not have to use workarounds.<br />

Also Microsoft has been issuing Edge updates recently to improve Edge printing.

Also try a new, test, different Windows User Profile (Account). Adobe generally installs properly but a damaged Windows account can cause it to fail.
