Adobe Reader DOES print from Windows 10. I do that all the time.

What version of Adobe Reader?  You should be using Adobe Reader DC.

Also Edge does not support printing PDF's (bug in Edge) but IE 11 does support printing PDF's

Did you use the Windows 10 supplied driver for your printer?

I do not know WHY I can not print from adobe reader dc
but I print from chrome as a work around

I do not understand ie 11 comment; maybe as a backup work around
I used hp deskjet 1510 driver program from hp.com
The printer is apparently not Windows 10 compliant (or somehow you do have the correct driver) . I use newer HP printers with Windows 10, Adobe, IE, Edge, and Chrome and everything works. I do not have to use workarounds.

Also Microsoft has been issuing Edge updates recently to improve Edge printing.

Also try a new, test, different Windows User Profile (Account). Adobe generally installs properly but a damaged Windows account can cause it to fail.
