Exchange 2010 where is limit for sent mail size with activesync?

Dear Experts

I moved to E2010 finaly and when I sent from Iphone 2 MB picture, all is OK. When I add 5 photos and size of email is 10 MB, it fails with error, server refused message.

How to troubleshoot this?

Many thanks

This would be handled by your Exchange Administrator. Starting with the Hub Transport Settings. You can begin by reading about it here.
http://www.msexchange.org/articles-tutorials/exchange-server-2010/management-administration/managing-limits-exchange-server-2010-part1.html

Exchange 2010 defaults to a 10Mb limit.
There is no different setting for activesync mail size in Exchange 2010. The send connector setting determines the send size limit. This can be found in Exchange Management Console under Organization configuration > Hub Transport > Send Connectors > properties > Maximum message size.

Keep in mind that you shouldn't set this too high as the recipient organisation will have their limits too.

Hi, I still have not found reason why I cannot send from mobile phone attachments over 10 MB, can you wait slightly longer? Maybe more advices to come?

Thanks

V
Are you able to send larger attachments via OWA or Outlook full client ?
