Distribution grouop does not get message from website
Dear Experts,
I have a distribution group that contains 4 executives email addresses, and called it "Execs". The contact form on our website is supposed to send the message captured on the website, and sends it to info@mycompany.com, which I have a rule to forward to Execs and also delivers to info mailbox.
I am having an issue where, if I send an email from regular mail program to info@mycompany.com, it will be forwarded to Execs. But when an email is generated from our website, it does not. It will end up in info@mycompany.com mailbox, but not to Execs.
I have been reading mailtracking log on the Exchange Server, but I have not been able to figure out why it does not get forwarded only from the website.
Please advise.

Dear Skyler Kincaid, thank you for your speedy response.
When you say "in whitelist", do you mean executing
$list = (Get-ContentFilterConfig). BypassedSe nderDomain s
$list.add("domain.com")
Set-ContentFilterConfig -BypassedSenderDomains $list
in Exchange PowerShell enough?

No because the messages are coming from your domain right? You will want to add the IP that is being used to send the messages.
Hello, could you post the rule configuration, and a mail header?

Dear Skyler,
No it is not. It is coming from the website hosting company's server name. Sending mail address looks like this.
anonymous@ip-xx-xx-xx-xx.i p.securese rver.net, where xx-xx-xx-xx is the IP of the server that hosts our website. Thank you.
Dear Gianpiero,
Here is the header, but I do not know what you mean by rule configuration. Thank you.

Do you have the IP address(es)/hostname(s) where the message is coming from in your whitelist in Exchange and SPF record?
