VirtualBox only showing 32 bit guest versions on my 64 bit host OS

Hello Experts,
I have a lenovo core i5 4Gb Ram win 10 pro
I went to BIOS BUT cannot find any security tab or ant virtualization parameters to turn on (restarting and pressing F8)
Also went to Windows Features and all hyper-V are unchecked
Still cant get Virtualbox to show me 64 bit jhosts
What can I do her e?

one more point ... check our win10 license type, probably your license type is detering you to install hyper-v in windows.

hyper-v and virtual box are two independent thing works mostly same but in different manner.

to run virtual box you need not have hyper-v installed. ..

that was just to clarify..in case...

I enabled Virtualization,,, this Bios is accessed with ENTER (I was doing F8)
hyper v is disabled.
Virtual box now offers 64 bit hosts...
