All of the settings do not have a problem in local network :-(
Ehab,,, Certificate is specially used for connections from outside, that's why I was asking you to check if your autodiscover is placed in your certificate
ASKER
i'm useing Internal CA; and installed CA certificate in trusted root
DNS Name=mail.eh-abdallah.com
DNS Name=AutoDiscover.eh-abdal lah.com
DNS Name=eh-abdallah.com

If you see problems with 2013 and 2016 outlook versions then probably your autodiscover is wrong configured or not exists.
Double check
it problem is in your local network you can simply fix that by creating2 New Forward Lookup Zones:
First one name it - autodiscover.yourdoman.loc
Inside just put your DNS (or two if you have more)
(same as parent folder) Name Server(NS) exchangename.yourlocaldoma
Second one name it - exchangename.yourexternald
(same as parent folder) Name Server(NS) exchangename.yourlocaldoma
(same as parent folder) Host(A) 192.168.1.10 - Your internal Exchange IP address
it should resolve your problem.
