Document Management Software - for small business
Can anyone recommend a document management software that is easy to configure and use?
It should have basic work flow or filters to see if documents have a specific status.
Easy to load documents into system and type defined indexes such as dates, document type, description, amount, etc..
Want the service or software to be inexpensive for a small business.
Please don't recommend a software or service that you have not tried yourself.

Doing doc management on very small scale is to expensive. Better off scanning, making folders and changing filenames to some naming convention.
Thanks for the update and I was happy to help. I do myself what I suggested above and I have a well organized set of documents.
