Hyper-V XP guest machine no network connectivity

I have Hyper-V enabled on a Dell 3040 Windows 10 desktop. I installed a PCIe NIC (TP-Link TG-3468) and selected it in the virtual switch manager. I created a virtual disc and installed XP Pro sp3 as the guest OS. When I open XP device manager there are three unknown devices, one of which is labeled as a video adapter. There are no NICs listed so I assume the other two unknown devices are the two NICs. In the host Windows 10 device manager both NICs and the Hyper-V virtual Ethernet adapter are listed as enabled. I have tried installing XP drivers that came with the TP-Link NIC in XP device manager but it failed to recognize the driver for either NIC. So far I haven't been able to enable network connectivity in XP guest OS.

Bring up Device Manager.  Right click on one of the unknown devices and select Properties.  On the next window, click on the Details tab.  Device Instance ID should come up by default.  Write down the string showing in the window (it cannot be cut and pasted).  It should look something like

PCI\VEN_xxxx&DEV_yyyy

possibly followed by more information.  If SUBSYS is present, record that too.

VEN specifies the vendor and DEV specifies the device type.  For some devices SUBSYS is also necessary.

With that information we can tell you what the missing device is, and search out a driver for it.

@ Dr. Klahn
the first device is ACPI\HYPER_V_GEN_COUNTER_V1\0
THE SECOND DEVICE IS ACPI\VMBUS\4&4B018EB&0

Do you mean Integrated Services? Everything was enabled except guest services. I just enabled that. restarted the VM. no change.

In Windows 10 Network and Sharing center there are two network devices; Ethernet and vEthernet (New Virtual Switch). Both have dynamic IP addressing and both indicate an Internet connection in their property sheets. In XP there are no Network connections.
I may be looking in the wrong place but this link says integration components are delivered by Windows update; https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/virtualization/2014/11/11/hyper-v-integration-components-are-available-through-windows-update/ Since I can't get on line that seems to be a problem. suggestions?
I have tried to install Integrated Components. This link seems to imply that it isn't supported with a Windows 10 host except by Windows update. https://technet.microsoft.com/windows-server-docs/compute/hyper-v/manage/manage-Hyper-V-integration-services
I was able to get the internet connection running by adding a legacy network adapter. I'm now running updates and hopefully Integrated Components will be installed.
Thanks to both of you for your input.
