Where is user Lync data stored

We have recently updated from lync to Skype for business. One of our users profile message seems to not allow them to change it or erase it. We also have another user who's lync picture still shows an old one from previous years. I was curious to where this data get stored at, and how I might be able to access it.

In Skype there is the "what's happening today" message at the top where you can add a message other users will see next to your name. One of our users put an out of office message on this and it will not allow us to change or erase it. I uploaded a picture of the area you add the message at. I imagine it is cached somewhere from when we changed from lync to Skype.

Normally this is not possible but with Skype SDK it seems it can be done with powershell. you 'll need to install the SDK on your FE Server to do this.. I haven't personally tried it but I am downloading the SDK 5 for Sfb  to test it.. i'll let you know how it works for me.

Hmm the link I posted doesn't work with Skype for Business apparently. but here's another one that looks useful. I didn't try it but intending to test it
