Enter-PSSession: WinRM cannot process the request, Kerberos authentication error 0x8009030e
Hi,
As Church Gate's said you need to make sure that you are logged in as the domain user.
Active Directory doesn't allow you to use "Kerberos" as the authentication protocol since you are a non-domain joined user, that's why you are getting this error.
But still stand alone computers can remotely access Powershell session simply adding your local machine to the "Trusted Hosts" of Remote machine, you can accomplished it by the following wsman cmdlet
Set-Item WSMan:\localhost\Client\Tr ustedHosts -Value 'local machine' --> need to run this on remote machine
To verify whether local machine has been added to Trustedhost you can execute the following cmdlet
Get-Item WSMan:\localhost\Client\Tr ustedHosts
Thanks

it has been resolved after installed cu15, thanks so much for all help !
Run whoami in Powershell or CMD and make sure that you are logged on to the domain. The error you get indicates that you logged on locally.(Verify that you are logging into the domain user and not the system user account).
