I would first suggest you to install CU 15 for Exchange 2013 which fixes most of the bugs.

Run whoami in Powershell or CMD and make sure that you are logged on to the domain. The error you get indicates that you logged on locally.(Verify that you are logging into the domain user and not the system user account).
Hi,

As Church Gate's said you need to make sure that you are logged in as the domain user.
Active Directory doesn't allow you to use "Kerberos" as the authentication protocol since you are a non-domain joined user, that's why you are getting this error.
But still stand alone computers can remotely access Powershell session simply adding your local machine to the "Trusted Hosts" of Remote machine, you can accomplished it by the following wsman cmdlet

Set-Item WSMan:\localhost\Client\TrustedHosts -Value 'local machine' --> need to run this on remote machine

To verify whether local machine has been added to Trustedhost you can execute the following cmdlet
Get-Item WSMan:\localhost\Client\TrustedHosts

Thanks

I,m getting this, actually this exchange 2013 is a member server of the domain, its a domain joined server, no idea why i'm getting this error, and i'm planning to grade from existing cu1 to cu15, just wonder I can directly install cu15 from cu1 correct ?

[PS] C:\Windows\system32>Get-Item WSMan:\localhost\Client\TrustedHosts

   WSManConfig: Microsoft.WSMan.Management\WSMan::localhost\Client

Type            Name                           SourceOfValue   Value
----            ----                           -------------   -----
System.String   TrustedHosts
