How Resolve Word 2011 Office-Database Error in Mac OS X

This AM, an Apple tech transferred to Finder numerous backup files of mine saved during a recent operating system reinstallation. On opening Word, an error message appeared relating that there was a problem with my Office database.

To fix the problem, I was told to rebuild the database by opening Microsoft Office 2011, opening the Microsoft database utility, and after selecting an identity, clicking on "rebuild." There was only one, Main Identity. The Main Identity was rebuilt (I now have a Main Identity backup), but the error message still appears whenever I open Word.

How can I fix this?

Thanks.

To cure the error message DELETE all of your Main Indentity(ies) in:

/username/documents/microsoft user data/office 20011 identities

Next step is Rebuild Database again

On the Outlook menu, click Turn Off Office Reminders.
Quit Messenger for Mac and all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
Open the Microsoft Database Utility.
The default location is in /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Office/.
TIP: You can also open the Database Utility if you close Outlook, hold down the OPTION key, and then click the Outlook icon in the Dock.
Click the identity of the database that you want to rebuild, and then click Rebuild.

Thanks, Tom Cieslik. However, I have a few questions:

How do I get to:

/username/documents/microsoft user data/office 20011 identities

When I try to open Outlook, I get a message that says:

"This identity cannot be opened with this version of Outlook."

Thanks again.
To clarify, I can't open Outlook, so can't click on the Outlook menu.
How do I get to:

/username/documents/microsoft user data/office 20011 identities

To manage identities, you must use the Microsoft Database Utility, which is installed as part of your Office installation. With this utility, you perform tasks such as creating a new identity, setting the default identity, and rebuilding an identity. When you open an Office application, it always uses the default identity.

IMPORTANT: If more than one person uses the same computer, Outlook identities don't offer as much privacy as separate user accounts in the Mac OS. Outlook identities don't offer password protection, and Spotlight searches from the Finder will locate Outlook items from all the identities in the current user account. To learn more about how to create user accounts, see Mac OS Help.
We seem to be talking past one another. Attached is a screenshot of the contents of my Microsoft Database Utility, which, as I said above, I've attempted to rebuild twice (thus the two backups). Rebuilding the identities has not solved the problem.

What do I do now?

Please do not provide me with quoted third-party info unless it addresses my question directly.

Thanks.

Did you try delete your identity and create new one from scratch ?
No. Do you mean that I should delete all the identities now in the Database Utility?

OK, when I do that, how do I proceed, as when I try to open Outlook, I get a message that says:

"This identity cannot be opened with this version of Outlook."?

Or will deleting all the identities give me access to Outlook?

If I delete all identities from the Database Utility, how will I be able to "click the identity of the database that you want to rebuild, and then click Rebuild," as you instructed above?

A step-by-step instruction with explanations would be helpful.

Thanks.
