Public IP scan

Experts,

I own two public CDIR blocks.

Let's say they are:

CIDR Block 1 - 100.100.100.0/24
CIDR Block 2 - 50.50.50.0/24

I see the same source IP from China doing a reconnaissance scan on both those address ranges at almost about the same time.  Is there a place anywhere that someone can type up an organization's name and get both CDIR Blocks?  If not, I think this is more of a targeted reconnaissance scan.
I did not find anything on ARIN that showed both my ranges.

Lucas yes I tried that first. I went to Organization and then name.  But  it looks like no matter what I type in there, it will say "the Record you requested could not be found. Please try again later".

Is there an organization name you can type in and see their multiple ARIN ranges?
