WIndows 10 Desktop icons are too big
Suddenly the icons on my Windows 10 desktop became very large. Only 7 icons can fit from top to bottom, when before I must have had 15!
How can I fix this?
On the "customize your display" page I have the setting "change the isze of text apps and other items" to 100%
The task bar and system notifications area ARE properly sized (I have 31 tiny icons on the task bar, just as before).

Click on the desktop background or an icon on it, then hold Ctrl and use the mouse scrollwheel to change the icon size.
