Can I move the file to another drive? Do I need it? Will moving it impact my operating system?
Those are logs from software you've installed If you don't need it just uninstall software.
I don't know if you move this files is software will create new ones (probably yes) or maybe will tell you that files was required and you'll get error.

Just move files for test only and observe computer, but it looks like if you going to move this files it will NOT harm your operating system.
Thank you. I was able to change the parameter in the program to store those files at a different location. I backed up the file and then deleted it.
