windows 7 laptop computer
I can read usb stick
I can create a file to usb
but I can not move file to/from disk


Usb stick works because I tested moving on other computers. I just can not move to/from on this windows 7

error was moving a small file from usb
and when I attempt explorer.exe restarts


I tested windows for viruses using mcaffee
windows is updated
I ran chkdsk, scandsk
