Why is the default password not working?

And the application you try to access is Toshiba TopAccess?

What OS or device is that supposed to be the default login for? Maybe you just need to use a reset button to get it back to factory defaults?

If 123456 is not working, somebody must have changed it as it is the default password; but, if internet access was setup, you will lose that when you do the factory reset.
Did you set it up or did somebody else?

It sounds like the login information was changed. You can reset to the default settings if you don't know the information.
