You do not have Red Hat Linux.
Kernel version is from Oracle Linux.

the same error. it's not only when i adduser oracle. it's for all user creation.
Can share with us what is the error?
If you don't see it on the terminal look in the Linux log file(s)
On Oracle Linux you install oracle*preinstall or oracle*certified package which adds oracle user and prepares all system config to their latest recommendations.
it's working now. i do not have any idea to what happens but i just
do exactly the same as schwertne wrote (i su - oracle first time get the same error just reboot linux). now it's working. without any problem.
i think i close question now. thank for help.
