I did not even have the Page Borders item in page layout. &nbsp;I had to customize the ribbon, add a custom group, and then add the Page Borders. &nbsp;Annoying, but it got rid of both the horizontal and vertical lines.<br />

I have a Word doc that has two lines that appeared without my knowledge, and I am not even able to select them to delete them. One line is horizontal and one is vertical. &nbsp;The Word file is attached.<br />

Microsoft Word is a commercial document editing program that is part of the Microsoft Office suite.
