Is there any windows application which is connect with Cisco router (SNMP) & monitor all connected network computers file transfer bandwidth utilization behind the router, Please suggest.

Do you want the data transfer utilization for ALL of the network computers in aggregate?
Or, do you want the data transfer utilization for EACH of the network computers?

No, not in PRTG. You can see the top talkers, but not *all* the talkers.
