Disabling windows sounds in Windows 7 registry setting

Is there any registry setting that can set windows sounds to none? We are deploying windows 7 through MDT and we didn't have the sounds set to none in the Image. So Is there any command or registry setting we can make to change the sound settings. We can not put those setting using GPO, We need to change them while deploying. I have bat file with list of commands that run after restoring user state to make some customizations to registry and some other things.

Thanks

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\AppEvents\Schemes
Create Default value (SZ) with value of .NONE

Can be done with GPO Registry Preferences
