Exchange 2016 Databse move

I installed an Exchange server last year. I put the exchange database on the wrong drive partition. I had a 7tb partition set up for it and, put it on the 1tb  C: by accident. How can i move it to the proper partition.  The AD,DC is on a separate server. Both are running 2012r2
