You need to have Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise
User generated image
Just open Control Panel
Go to Programs
Programs an Features
on left click on   Turn Windows features or or off
And navigate to  Remote Server Administration Tools
and
Role Administration Tools
But I an not able to launch them.

can you be more specific?  any error messages?
Are you logged in as a Domain Administrator?

Hello everyone!, Thanks for your input and let me tell you the following:

a) I have in my WS  Windows 7 Enterprise.
b) I have installed  these options already,, as I can show you in the following file attached. But in the past  I used to open these tools by clicking  Windows button, then in the right side I used to see "Administrative Tools" , but now , I don't see that option. I tried to look for those tools in All programs but I could not find them.
c) My common user does not have Domain privileges,, but  I have another user which does,, so I wonder If I must log with the other user and enabled them using the other user,,the only problem is that I think , I would have to logon with that user and use those tools?  because in the past,, I didn't need that.

have you tried the user with rights?

you downloaded and installed the RSAT tools and went into programs and features, and add windows feature and added the needed items, right?
Have you tried removing  (uncheck each then OK so it uninstalls) then adding them back (check each then OK so it uninstalls)
