Deleting thousands of photos from icloud
What is the quickest and easiest way of deleting over 60gb of pictures and videos from icloud? I need to download them all to the PC or mac first and then downgrade my icloud subscription to avoid paying the monthly fees.
I tried installing icloud on my PC but it didnt really download everything properly. Also I dont want to delete the photos one by one by selecting the check box. That would drive me nuts.

Heh, yeah, it is not as user friendly as one would hope. But then I guess that is the point: force people to use Apple things.

argh - I was hoping to come back to my desk to edit the last comment. Damn iphone dication and EE app has no edit feature on there.
The above SHOULD have read "what you are saying is for Mac, syncing all the photos......" nothing to do with your arse.
But you already knew that given the classy way you didn't refer to the mistake :-)

Haha! I saw that the first time and was like "Are they making a joke?" :)
No worries, have a good one. See you the next time.

Yes you pretty much described what I was hoping I would not need to do. Want your arse into the saying is for Mac, sink all the photos to the local drive and then move into the folder so that the deletions also synced after the local mass deletion.
I think some people end up losing their photos by not copying them to another folder and forgetting that the deletions will be synced to iCloud. I'm just surprised that Apple has not made a feature on iCloud to delete them directly.
