Powershell Microsoft Licensing Audit

HI All ,

There must be an easy way to gather all MS OS and software product information and keys using a readily available powershell script . Can someone provide some direction on this please . Initial google searches do not provide anything useful .

I recently went through a self-audit and asked MS the same thing... they said no. Instead they sent me a link to a Microsoft readiness tool that is used to help plan upates and rollouts, the same tool their implementation amd upgrade Teams use. While not specifically an auditing tool it is used for this purpose. Installing and running it queries all machines in your environment and prouces a software report. This report is then compared against your licensing to find gaps or overlaps of compliance. I will find the link they provided to me and will share in a little bit it is downloadable from the MS download site.
Now, im not saying some PS guru doesn't have something to assist in this manner, only sharing my experience and how they had me do this self-audit when PS was not an option for me.
