Sorry, I missed some information
we have Ironport (on clould) and Office 365 we want to user the Iroport as mail filter before it reach the Office365 servers
It's simple.
If you want your incoming mails go through ironport you need to put ironport address in your MX record.
When I look at the massage tracking  i see this status: on new massages "Queued mail for delivery'." Is this normal behavior?

Message 94144 to bla@bla.com, bla@bla.com received remote SMTP response '2.6.0 <1483545365.929518349@boo.com> [InternalId=5076651354265, Hostname=HE1PR0402MB2809.eurprd04.prod.outlook.com] 33347 bytes in 0.302, 107.597 KB/sec Queued mail for delivery'.
It should have nothing to do with MX record.
Is it outgoing queue or incoming ?
Incoming,
If is in your incoming log and your MX record already set to ironport address then it mean email already passed ironport.
I don't know why is waiting for delivery.
Can you do some test and send email from outside to yourself and check header to see if email went through ironport ?
Acutely, the email reaches the mailboxes but when I look at he massage tracking I see this status:
36402 bytes in 0.243, 145.966 KB/sec Queued mail for delivery
Yes, because this is last message status in this log before delivery
