I have a report where I have multiple fields and I want to filter out records of a group on the basis of 2 fields and still show all the other records.<br />
<br />
for eg I have 5 fields, the values of status are Open, Closed, Review.<br />

I have grouped the report on the basis of STATUS. I want to show the records for the group STATUS = CLOSED with DATE after 2013/08/01 only, and still show all the records for Open and Review

Crystal reports filter out records

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information. Report designers can place fields from these sources on the report design surface, and can also deploy them in custom formulas (using either BASIC or Crystal's own syntax), which are then placed on the design surface.
