NAS with google authentication

Hi there,

Does anyone know of a business graded NAS system that would require users to authenticate with with their google credentials? So instead of creating a local user account for each NAS user we'd rather have the NAS challenge users with google's credentials.

Thanks.

Do you mean a google account (such as used for gmail), or using google authenticator ?

Yes, most NAS allow authentication through LDAP in active directory. I'm looking for the same concept but with a google email account.

Basically not possible if you're looking for purely Google based authentication. However, Synology offers 2FA that can utilize Google for the second factor.
