How can you tell if a Citrix user is not using their session
We are using Xenapp 6.5. In Director I can see that a session is "Active" but does that mean the user is really using it or just logged on?

@Raghav. Sorry I stated we have Xenapp 6.5, our Xenapp is 7. Shadowing is no longer available.

You can view another user’s session on another device by using shadowing.
