Auto CC in outlook for mac 2011
Hi experts,
Hope we all had a relaxing new years. I've got a user that wants to be CC'd into every emails that gets sent from a specific person. So bossman sends and email and his PA is automatically CC'd in. I have tried to do this with a rule suggested by Guruprasad Ra posted at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_outlook-mso_mac/auto-cc-in-outlook-2011/5de0b8ad-83dc-4e9d-b0fc-dd48f239f02f saying to;
"If you are not using as Exchange account, you may create rules for forwarding the emails.
Open Outlook > Go to Tools > Rules > Outgoing > Click on ‘+’ symbol > A rules windows will open > Under ‘When a message is sent’ Choose ‘From ‘and ‘is me’ > In ‘Do the following Section’ Choose ‘Forward to’ and enter the email address and click on Ok."
However I tried that and didn't work. The user is on a hosted exchange 2013 platform. the entire company uses mac.
Has anyone had success with this. I know you can auto CC yourself, but the auto CC needs to copy in another account. The accounts are on the same Exchange 2013 platform.
Thanks for any tips in advance.

Hi Pune Tech, I have already tried that. I have tried using those variables with what I can with outlook for mac however it doesn't work. I might've been doing it wrong but because of the different GUI between the mac and windows version I would need a mac guide to make sure I'm doing it right.
Hi Tom, Thanks for the above, annoyingly I don't have full access to the GUI for the Exchange as its from a re-seller if you get what I mean. I will see if I can get their guys to input this specific rule.
Thanks all
