Adding Exchange 2013 Hybrid to Exchange 2010 Hybrid environment

Hi Experts, I need to add an Exchange 2013 Hybrid server to an existing Exchange 2010 environment. The Exchange 2010 server is serving as Hybrid server for now. We have moved all mailboxes to Office 365 and only email routing is currently going through Exchange 2010. We want to keep it this way, the plan is to use Exchange 2013 as Hybrid server, point all email routing to Office 365 and decomission Exchange 2010

I know that if we add the Exchange 2013 server then autodiscover will point all Outlook clients to new server. I want to shut down all email routing services and autodiscover on Exchange 2013 on installation and ensure it is used only for Management purposes. I was plannning on installing Mailbox and CAS role on the Exchange 2013 server. Please advise on what steps need to be taken to achieve this

TIA
