Linking tables - expand results

I'm attaching a file that is indicative of the question I am trying to answer..
Movie Types sheet lists movies with a number of different genres (no resemblance to reality here whatsover.. :-))
Responses lists the sheet with the responses to a question about the movie
How do I combine these two data sets to end up with what I have in the Desired Results sheet.
Obviously this is not the real data but it's typical of it. Also of the "movie names" could have more than three "movie types"
