but I do not know how I can upload App into these stores. Is there any good support forum for such App stores?

Have you logon to your developer portal and there should be the info required after logon?

Yes and you can imagine that you are the tester who validate your .apk file and see what problem you have encountered.
Then, you can write up and upload a readme file to the developer portal for telling the tester what are the requirements of your app.
