Free utilities to ZIP , encrypt and password protect and email
Our staffs send data containing sensitive information through email to one of our software vendor.
The software vendor has asked to send information through a ZIP file with encryption and password protect.
Please post me if there are any free utilities to ZIP with encryption and password protect.

Free software called Winrar is much better one since you can decide if you want zip or rar archive, you can put password or split archive to multiple files if you think that is going to be too big for email.

Also Winrar is integrating with windows so you can make archive by right click on file/files or folder
