I'm looking for solutions for small offices, businesses no larger than 25 clients. So it can be a legal firm, healthcare office, Graphics design studio, etc. Not looking for solutions for mid-size, enterprise level.

Hi Nerdy Woman, I like your name and thank you so much for sharing that information. Yes, I'm from the Caribbean and I'm seeking to start my own businesses supporting small businesses, a few individuals and give support to a few primary schools around my area. Internet connections are very good here in Trinidad, we have speeds up to 1GB. I worked in an education environment that one time had good infrastructure and third party support bet eventually everything started falling apart after contracts ended. No proper procedures, policies in place for managing, maintaining equipment it was a total mess in my eyes. So I left that environment and started looking at solutions using a combination of both hardware and software to boost productivity and improve efficiency whiles securing I.T resources. After observing the shortcomings of that particular environment, I found solutions that address those issues and realised it can be a benefit to businesses also. I like the office 365 idea because I was thinking about packaging it into the services I would like to deliver, communicated with Microsoft about two weeks ago, just have to find a provider located in my region. I'm using https://www.atera.com/ for managing systems and it's amazing.
Arkel, thank you about my user name. It took years for me to embrace my nerdy side. LOL
I hope my questions didn't sound like I thought Trinidad Tobago was lacking technology. Even here in the US, many places don't have great internet access. Service providers don't see the cost benefit of serving small populations and governments often have other priorities.
At PartnerPoint.com, there are two MCPs located in Venezuela, but given the nature of the beast, I would think you could work directly with Microsoft. You might have to jump through a few hoops if you want to be a reseller, but alternatively, you could help clients set up their own direct-from-Microsoft accounts and include an Essentials subscription for you as an administrator. Optimistically, you'd end up as an "employee" of dozens of companies, but it's an easy solution.
You really can't go wrong using Office365. You know they aren't going to disappear and between their support and community, you'll have more documentation and troubleshooting help than you'll ever need. Experts Exchange is a great example of why you want to offer cloud services that have a huge market share. Lastly, there are dozens of 3rd-party apps that plug into SharePoint so it should never be a patchwork of services that can't communicate with one another.
It sounds like you have a passion for providing your clients with better solutions. Good luck!

Yes we have good internet infrastructure but we lack in using applications to boost business productivity. Most of the big businesses and conglomerates would use such. But those on the other end would just stick to the basics. Being on this site and doing a lot of research I realized their are so many options and services available for any given task. I see a lot of questions on SharePoint, it's a subject I have no knowledge on but seeing it as a topic I would have to get my hands on.

Thank you very much, Colleen Kayter and Paul MacDonald.
You're welcome, Arkel.

You'd get more relevant suggestions if you gave more indication of what you're looking for. What sort of business? What sort of services are you looking for?
