Why can't I send my Earthlink email to any AOL email?

I do not have an AOL account.  I have an EarthLink account.  I cannot send an email to any AOL email without getting the error message below.  I tried to submit an AOL trouble ticket but that system is always unavailable.  I have had this problem with Outlook 2007 and now Outlook 2016 (with brand new hard disk) on a Windows 10 machine.

Since I do not have an account, the AOL technical support people can't help me.  EarthLink was no help.

Any ideas?

Yes, I clicked on the link from the AOL Postmaster and read that and have tried a dozen time to open a trouble ticket but have been unable.
Now what?
"I...have tried a dozen time to open a trouble ticket but have been unable."
How long ago did you attempt to contact AOL?   Aside from their Trouble Ticket page, I'm not sure what else you could do.  There is a "whitelist request" page which you might try, but you're probably better off just waiting a week or two and trying to contact them again.
I'v tried contacting them a few time each month for the last six months in a row.  I have never gotten through.
Their Customer Service phone number is (800) 827-6364 - you could give that a try.  Even if they can't help you, they might be able to direct you to someone who can.  That link has other contact avenues as well.  Give them a try.

Thank you.  I did what you suggested and it worked.  Sort of:
Our equine rescue charity is required to send receipts for donations of $250 or more.  See: http://bhfer.org/

Then I included a .pdf attachment  (donation receipt) and the email did not go through.

Then I converted the MS Access report (the donation receipt) as a text file and sent it as an attachment and it did go through.
But the text version (*.txt)  of the receipt is hard to read (disjointed) and would require a substantial investment in time to reprogram/reformat.

Any other ideas?
Note that the only emails I send from this email address are receipts.
I do not do any soliciting from this email address.
Hi bobbat,

I agree but that what AOL filtering do. You have to made adjustment to your email so that you are able to send it across.

Thanks,
Sudeep
