Cloud to Hybrid

Found a lot of info going the other way, Hybrid to Cloud but does anyone have a step by step process of Cloud to Hybrid. The only service we will be introducing will be AD, mail will remain in the cloud.

Thanks for your help!

Why do you need Hybrid then? If you only want to "link" the on-prem accounts with the O365 ones, AAD Connect and the soft-match mechanism will do that for you: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2641663

If you mean "create AD account based on O365 one", there's no such functionality. What you can do is use PowerShell to export the list of O365 users and their attributes and then import it on-prem.

Hey Vasil, how are you?

We planned to stay cloud but due a printer solution we are implementing it requires AD sync and a Hybrid solution, this is why.

Do you have a powershell script to export the users?
