remove background quote mark from widget

The template inserts one quote mark in the testimonials area.  Can't seem to figure out what is calling it using Inspector.  I assume it is a background image.  We either want to get rid of it or move it to the left.  Any advice?

If you remove this class it will do the trick testimonial_rotator_quote.

<div class="testimonial_rotator_quote">

I'm guessing that is being set somewhere within the code.

Change of plans.  They now want the opening and closing quote marks.  Not sure how to bring in the closing one and have the opening one appear to the left.  Here is the site demo.

It looks like they are doing a before and after css for the paragraph tag.

<div class="textwidget">
<blockquote>
<p>
When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.<br>
— <b>Ansel Adams</b>
</p>
</blockquote>
</div>
