Web Form VB.Net import CSV
I am importing files using File Upload from Telerik.
I would like to have the ability to grab only two specific columns (Will Always have the same name)
And THEN do a "save as" onto my folder.

2. Create a string or StringBuilder object for a new file.
3. Find indexes for to columns you need to read (split the very first line to an array, etc.)
4. Split each subsequent csv line to an array of strings.
5. Get required values using the above indexes and append to a string builder object
6. After finishing reading a last line save string builder text to a new file
