Martin  replaced Dave , over a year ago.  Martin’s default e-mail address is supposed to be rlp@domain.com which looks correct from the outlook contact properties.

If you send an e-mail to rlp@domain.com the e-mail changes to RLP1@domain.com ( Which was Dave  old e-mail address).  If you pull Martin’s name from the outlook properties, it seems to work, but  If you try to forward a message that was sent to Martin , it changes to RLP1@domain.com  

Martin has been missing e-mails because of this.

how Can we  correct Martin’s Properties so he is again receiving e-mails at rlp@domain.com  ?

On your Exchange server go to recipient configuration,  select your user properties go email address tab and check which email address is set to Default  as reply address for Martin.
