Recycle bin software for network mapped drives?

Recently, there has been a lot of accidental deletions in between our backup windows which is causing some grief.

I know when a user deletes a file from a network share, it doesn't go to any recycle bin but I remember there is software which can do that for you.

I am looking for software that will do this:
When a user deletes the file from the share, it can easily be recovered by an admin who connects to the file server and opens the software. It will act like the usual PC recycle bin, you open the software and immediately see the deleted file(s).
Restore them with a click.
No need to run a disk scan.
I think this may have that functionality:

Can anyone comment on this or recommend other tools?

Also, if there is any way this can be configured within Windows Server 2008R2 without needing third party tools, that would be great.
I hear VSS can help but I'm not sure if those can be set up in such a way so they will provide the same functionality (recovering a file deleted at ANY time).

Yes, you can setup Shadow Copy.

Best Practices for Shadow Copies of Shared Folders:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753975(v=ws.11).aspx
A better solution would be to start backing up your network share. There are all kinds of backup methods available.

Otherwise, you'd have to install the app on every desktop, then hope that whoever accidentally deleted the file doesn't also empty their recycle bin, too.

I did find this app, but I've never tried it and can't really attest to it's function, though it appears to do what you want to do - http://coolstuff.ws/software/netrbin
I'm sure the OP has some kind of backup in place. At minimum, weeknights (Partial backup) and weekend (Full backup)

Back to Shadow Copies...
If your server has Roles, you can get to it via Server Manager > Storage > Disk Management > Open Properties of desired drive > Shadow Copies tab

@NVIT
Thanks, I looked over that and think it doesn't really fit the need.
It sounds like to get something close to what I would like, I would need to schedule constant copies which would consume a lot of disk space.

I really just need something like a recycle bin that can keep the file when it is deleted.
This way I don't have to second guess users who worked on a file between 1am - 4am and then it gets deleted at 4:25am.

@William
I already have 3 intervaled daily backup jobs running on the shares. The problem is it would still miss the file worked on in the example above.
Sure, I can recover the original file but then the user is still bothered about wasting 4 hours of work that fell outside the backup interval.

As for the app, ideally it would be need to be installed only on the file server and then it doesn't matter who deletes what file, it would immediately capture it.

As for that link, it says it would work but the site looks sketchy.
One client of mine has a workstation solution.
- 2 TB drive.
- Stores hourly (roughly) backups
- Uses robocopy (batch file) and task scheduler
- Target drive must be monitored and purged periodically
- If users need a backup, the admin copies it for them.

Folders of hourly backups look like:
12/15/2016 11:35 AM <DIR> 20161215104501
12/15/2016 01:34 PM <DIR> 20161215124501
12/15/2016 03:32 PM <DIR> 20161215144501

Thank you, I am testing the Undelete software mentioned in OP and it does appear to be exactly what I am looking for.
