SBS 2011 Ran SharePoint Config Wizard and Exchange ActiveSync failed.
I thought I'd try and get rid of all of those SharePoint messages by running the configuratin Wizard.
That killed ActiveSync.
Immediately, the ability to connect a smart phone to Exchange disappeared.
It only allows it for a few moments when I restart.
I think that is until SharePoint kicks in, but I am not even sure of that.
Does anybody have any ideas that might help?
I have stopped every SharePoint connection in IIS 7 and restarted the Default Website, but that has not helped.
Any ideas?

Tom and Jeffery,
Thank you very much both for your solutions.
I found the error.
It was on me.
I wish there was a way to give you both "Best Solutions" because I really do appreciate your proposing them.
I was grasping at straws after being at it for most of the afternoon.
Thanks again,
B.
