Excel database management
I am after managing my database where i am looking for moving my finished rows to another file just like creating an archive.
ASKER
my unfinished one will remain in original file so that i can review it during work and finished ones will move to a new file.
it is important that new file should not have any date in the file name and thus i should be able to append new finished lines in the same file
Finally i should have only 2 files left. File 1 will have unfinished and finished line with a macro button. When i run the macro all finished line should move to a new file

Can I add Date in last column in your Database File? Instead of having date in file name?
ASKER
No i will not need the date at all, this will be just archive every week into one file
