PC Law crashing in Terminal Services when time entry function is open for long periods of time
To preface, if someone out there has had a similar problem with PC Law crashing in Terminal Services most often when somebody has the time entry function open for long periods of time, great I would love to hear from you. However I understand something that specific might not be available on Experts. (Lexis Nexus unfortunately doesn't seem to have a community forum to post to and are of no help from their paid support troubleshooting this because 'it's a Windows problem' - conveniently ignoring the fact that it is only in PC Law that there is crashing on the Terminal Server but of course it has nothing to do with their app, all the other ones running are just lucky they are not crashing I guess.) Short of someone having this problem who can respond what I am looking for are general tips of troubleshooting a problem with the type of error I am including here.
