I cannot get my Citrix Xenapp 7.6 server to display on our public IP or website.

We have a Citrix Xenapp 7.6 server and it is configured to work internally fine. I just go to http://portal.xxx.com and anyone inside the network can use it. I recently acquired a PFX wildcard certificate and imported to our IIS server. I worked with our network team and have the URL live on the internet so I can reach the generic IIS page if we browse to https://portal.xxx.com   however Citrix requires we browse to https://portal.xxx.com/Citrix/StoreWeb   I want to keep as many default settings as possible and this is a small environment, I really want to keep it simple. Any suggestions as to why I cannot get my virtual path to display on the public internet?

You will need an Application gateway like Netscalar VPX to Deploy your application or Xendesktop.

Do you have a Virtual Environment? If So, I will highly recommend using Netscalar VPX Express edition. It is mentioned as not for production, but i have used it for prod and it works like a treat.

It is simple to setup. you can use the PFX certificate on the appliance.

I am not sure if I have done enough. Another branch of our company had a "Wildcard certificate" ending in .PFX  I carefully loaded it to my IIS server and had our network team change DNS. Everything works fine inside, and we can get to the generic IIS site but when pointing to our full URL, sometimes it reverts back to our previous website that used the current IP. I am thinking it may just take time. I will check again tomorrow
what are you using to pass traffic from outside world to inside the organisation? which device is doing the NATIONAL? Firewall or router or network  via DMZ?
hmmm I have not heard the term "National" do you mean NAT? We have a Sonic Wall Firewall doing that
Sorry. yes I mentioned NAT. My phone auto corrected.
can you check the firewall to see if you have 2 routes or NAT table in the firewall. if you have done the nat properly then you should not see the old page. Just double check the sonic firewall settings
