iPhone 6S won't Airprint to EPSON Workforce WP-4530 Printer - says paper jam

When I attempt to use airprint on my iPhone 6S the EPSON Workforcde WP-4530 network printer kicks back a message:

"Paper out or paper jam. Check paper size and loac paper in rear MP tray."

Neither condition exists. However when I print from my PC laptop (Windows 10) to the printer it prints fine.  I aslo tried printing from an iPad Mini 2 and get same result.

iOS is up to date as well as printer drivers.

Does the Epson printer support AirPrint?  Not all printers do.
If it does, did you get the Epson iPhone/iPad App?

I Airprint to my HP 8610 and that works fine from my iPhone.

It does support airprint and I have used it before from the iphone interface without any other apps.  I must clarify at this point that it is only images that it is not printing.  It is printing text and pdf docuemtns ok.  I did install the Epson app as you recommended.

It sounds like the phone is calling for photo paper in the manual tray.  Try sticking a sheet of paper in the manual feed and see if the print request goes through.
Paper wouldn't go through manual feed with regular or photo paper.  Same error message.  Then when I click cancel on my phone the printer kicks out the page.
Then when I click cancel on my phone the printer kicks out the page.

That sounds like the old problem where the final FF (formfeed, not 0xFF) character is missing from the print job.  The terminating FF tells the printer to actually print the page.  Without the FF, the printer will sit on the job forever or until the next job comes through.
Any recommendations?

Thank you.  That app does work.  It is limited in its form until you buy inapp upgrade but it does fix it.  Thank you.
