how to re-acticvate Office 2010
I have Office 2010 and I changed my router. It now says it detected new hardware and must be activated. I have the product key but it will not let me activate using the internet because it say I have used it too many times. I cannot get a phone number because that is no longer supported. This started today but the activation message in Word says it will be de-acticvated in 2 days.
I bought this and have the product key. I cannot find a Microsoft number to call.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Extended support for for enterprise customers which has signed an extended support agreement and paid Microsoft for a support fee. Microsoft will not entertain you even you can get a real person to receive your call,

Joe, you nailed it. Using my smart phone it was a piece of cake.
Asad, Where do you get the toolkit and is there an app in it to re-activate?

Liefr,
I'm glad that worked for you. I've found Microsoft always to be helpful in dealing with legitimate licenses that need activation. Regards, Joe

There are two possibilities.
One is the seller has violated the agreement with MS to sell you a volume licence key which cannot be distributed via retail channel and it is very likely that the same product key has been sold to more than one customer.
Two is your computer has been compromised and your product key got stolen and it has been activated on other computers many times.
You need to give more info on what you have purchased for the Office 2010 licence.
