i tried both solutions, the one listed in the forums above first... it helped a little bit, but was still dragging<br />

my mouse reacts very well sometimes, but other times, seemingly random, it just doesn't respond.<br />

yes, i've checked the battery, and replaced that-- and it continues to work poorly<br />
<br />
i've also adjusted mouse speed in setting and that didn't improve performance<br />
<br />
jessie 8.7 is out, i wonder if that might be improved in 8.7<br />
