Allow incoming email from our own domain but from an external web site
Hi,
My client accesses a suppliers website that generates reports and sends the emails to customerservice@mydomain.c om these emails however are set to come FROM customerservice@mydomain.c om. This used to work fine but we've suddenly got an issue where these emails are not getting through to the Inbox and we are getting a bounceback in the customerservice inbox that says "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups, 550 5.7.1 Client does not have permission to send as the sender> #SMTP#" We don't have any SPF records in place however we do have a 3rd party providing an SMTP feed to our mail server. Could someone please tell me the easiest way to allow these emails in to Exchange?
Thanks
Adam
