Avoid Multiple Instances of Named Ranges in Excel
Hi,
I have 4 sheets in my workbook (Employee Detail, Variables, Summary and Jan-17) and I have created multiple named ranges, each named range is a table (all these tables are on single sheet as well as the scope of all the named ranges is Workbook. For example NamedRange1 and it refers to Table1[Column].
The issue is when I create a copy of my existing sheet Jan-17 along with it also creates duplicate copy of same named ranges, but the scope is name of the new sheet. Although if I add a new sheet then this behavior is not seen.
Kindly let me know why this happens and how can I avoid the same.
