An AWS instance drive (Windows) says it is low on memory, but I do not see files on the drive. How to fix? Is the solution to try to clean the disk or get a bigger drive?

I could use help with either solution. Thanks.

Low on memory means that the the instance needs to be scaled up to have more memory..

Sorry, maybe it wasn't clearly written that the DRIVE is low on memory. It is a 31GB drive that is full. We can only see 18GB in files so I don't know what else if filling it. It looks like there is a way in AWS to increase the drive size. I'm not sure how to do that, and if that is the solution to the problem.
